This Hotel has met my expectations. Let us consider all the pros: -Staff: they were really friendly. Always trying to help and very professional. -Check-in/out: it was done in a few min -The Hotel: it is situated on the coastline of Athens (Piraeus). I booked this hotel because I had to go on a cruise later during my trip. However, it is conveniently located near the Piraeus Metro station where you can take both the blue as well as the green line. The blue line is the one you take from/to the airport. -The Room: it was really nice and spacious. Comfy bed. I personally enjoyed the minibar and the AC. -Free upgrade: I booked a normal standard room without balcony view, but upon my arrival they told me that a room with balcony was free and they upgraded my room for free. Nice! -Restaurant: next to the hotel there is a nice restaurant with live music. -Miscellaneous: you can leave your keys at the reception for there is a 24/7 reception.

I chose the hotel because of its location close to Piraeus port as our ferry was the next day at 7:25. We arrived around midnight by bus from Athens airport. And as the bus terminates at Karaiskaki square it was just 5 minutes of walk to get to the hotel. And in the morning it is just another 5 minutes of walk to the port gate E7 to our ferry. So from my point of view the hotel was really good thanks to its location. The reception is open 24/7, and we got a family room which consists from 2 separate rooms with joint bathroom/toilet. Both rooms were equipped with A/C. We did not experience the breakfast (for EUR 11/person served from 6:00) as we were leaving the hotel at 6:15. So I can definitely recommend the hotel for its location close to the port, subway and bus so if you take a ferry the next day in the morning it is a perfect solution.

Fantastic location as near the port for Ferries and Cruise ships pending which gate you leave. Some good eateries around the area and shops a plenty. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They are excellent in giving us any information we wanted and booked a taxi for us the next morning to get to our cruise ship terminal. The room was comfortable with a balcony which was lovely. Nice touch of of some complementary wine, water and sweet Greek/Turkish delight. Which was very much appreciated. Although the place is a little tired and rustic it was a great little hotel with a good breakfast and choices There is a lift for those who need it. They can also arrange transport from the airport to the hotel or vice versa.

The breakfast selection was improved since one year ago (Oct. 2023). Re. the location, note that if you are taking a large cruise ship after staying at this hotel, don't expect to be able to walk with your suitcase to the embarkation dock. The cruise terminal B is at the far end of the Piraeus harbor. We needed to use a taxi to get there, but it wasn't expensive for the short driving distance. In contrast, the ferry dock to Santorini in 2023 was much closer and we walked there with our suitcases.

Andrea

Great location for the ports, we were taking a cruise and got a taxi to the cruise port from the hotel which took about 20 minutes to terminal B (the furthest one). If you are taking a Ferry you could walk to some of the terminals from this hotel. I booked a family room and it was spacious, there were separate bedrooms for us and the kids. I also appreciated that the hotel supplied amenity kits in the bathroom (toothbrush kit, shower gels etc). Rooms were nice and clean and staff very friendly.
